This book, “The Bread of Angels,” is one of the most magnificent books I have ever read! It has the possibility to restore, or refreshen your spiritual life in an immense way. It may also give you a new understanding and appreciation of another culture. Most of all, Stephanie Saldana’s true life story gives true hope to all who have hit rock bottom, or have all but given up on love. Amazing book, and amazing life. This book is great also cause it shows the beliefs of Muslims and Christians and Jewish are really close, afterall.
This is a wonderful book. As I read it, I felt that
I was Stephanie and marveled at her bravery,
intelligence and insight. I was given an education in the ways of the “Eastern World”
and the varied peoples living there, which was
a total eye-opener. I was allowed to see into
the soul of another person, a very beautiful person. How happy I was that Stephanie found her soul-mate. I am re-reading the book, which still amazes me!
